Tour Details
Start in the heart of Paris’ historic Latin Quarter. Following your expert guide you will wind your way through the narrow streets and see some beautiful gothic churches from the outside. After a brief introduction to gothic architecture you will make your way across the Seine to Ile de la Cite, the birth place of Paris. As access inside Notre Dame is still not allowed following the fire you will explore the magnificent cathedral from the outside just as the island is waking up and without any crowds. As you follow you guide around Notre Dame you will discover its entire history while marvelling at the flying buttresses, gargoyles, and largest gothic rose windows in the world! Afterwards your guide will lead you on a walking tour of Ile de la Cité.
