With Fat Cat, every tour is a unique and personal experience and we have committed to maintaining some of the smallest group sizes in Paris. Passionate about our city, history, and art, Fat Cat Tours was founded by official licensed English speakers who fell in love with tour guiding and sharing their love for Paris. Throughout our combined experience of almost twenty years working for a multitude of tour companies, we noticed a need for small, high-quality tours. For Fat Cat, not only is the customer experience of the utmost importance, but we have also made it our mission to treat our guides with respect and to pay them fairly. By choosing Fat Cat, you can rest assured that you are more than just a booking and will have an experience that scratches beneath the surface.
Our Tours
Every tour of ours is a unique experience, having been curated by the founders and expert guides for curious minds. We focus on quality instead of quantity. As our groups are so small, each tour can be tailored spontaneously to our guests and we encourage questions and conversations among the group. To this effect, no topic is off-limits. We also offer a selection of boutique tours with themes that are unique to Fat Cat, and are more than happy to develop bespoke private experiences in addition to the tours we already offer!
Our Guides
All of our guides are professionals accredited by the French Ministry of Culture, and we personally ensure our guides’ abilities to uphold our standards and to communicate flawlessly in English. We work with a team of multi-disciplinary guides, ensuring different and well-rounded perspectives. Above all, our team of guides is passionate about making you passionate about Paris.
